Ok, so I know how to work out decently such as what to do on what days. My questions are...
When should I take my protein shakes?
When should I take creatine(should I take this at all?)?
I also have quite a bit of body fat to lose, someone suggested clenbuterol(sp?) and stanazal(sp?)?
I dont really want to take any big roids like dbol or whatever, and it must be oral.
