Hi everyone, I've been training for a couple of years now, just using a good diet, with a good plan and I'm looking to take it up a step and was wondering if I could get a bit of help with a cycle. I've just recently come finished a bulking phase with my diet so my main thing at the moment is to cut. So if anyone could give me a hand at drawing up a plan for a cutting cycle that would be great.

First cycle just run some low dose test. About 350mgs week should be sufficient.

To cut you need to calorie restrict and eat clean then combine that with some aerobic training too.

You will be inundated with requests to provide certain information before the good Bros @ EF dole out cycle advice. These requests include, but are not limited to, the following:
-# of years training
-physical statistics
-diet
etc.
Also, take time to read the stickies @ the top of the forum

Well I've been training for about 3 nearly 4 years now
weight 224lbs not sure about bf% but I guess it's hovering around 18-22% I used to be really big in the past before I started training about 275lbs+ 30%+ bf
My training consist of mainly compound lifts more of a powerlifter than bodybuilder, I train 4 times a week. Squat @ 360, Bench @ 280, Deadlift@380
As for my diet, during a bulk about 3000-3500 calories, all clean food, home cooked meals, meat, veg, wholewheat breads and so on I tend to stay away from white breads, pastas and stuff.
At the moment diet is similar just cut down in calories around 2400-2600 with 2600 being training days, I normally play it by ear so if I haven't dropped any fat after 2-3 weeks I normally cut 100cals or so but never gone below the 2000 mark and even then only stay at that for a few weeks.
My body responds well to change if I stick with the same thing for too long it just get comfortable.
Hope thats helps also if anyone has any good training advice, or diet advice anything is welcome as I'm always looking for any good tips.

Sounds to me like you have a reasonable handle on things yourself which is great and you just need to keep making changes based on your own reactions to diet and training which is what you seem to have been doing. Anything specifically on training might be better to post up in that forum.
