newbie: very grateful

I always thought of myself as a hard gainer, so I bought some test cyp. and did my first injection and then started doing research on the internet(I know ass backwards). Thanks to the advice I found on this site. I began reading diet articles and found that I needed to take in about 1000 more cals. each day. I started to use fitday.com to track my cals. Here's where I'm at now. I'm 33 yrs. old, 135lbs. 5'8". I have been training off and on for ten years now. Usally I train for about seven months, then I get fusterated from not getting as big as I think I should and quit for about five months. Then start up again repeating the cycle, but now I know a little bit more about diet. Any advice is appreciated.

Here it is: 2700 cals. a day
Meal 1
5 eggs 2 peices toast

Meal 2
6 oz. chicken breast w/rice

meal 3
2 cans pork n' beans

Meal 4
1 jack's pizza(by now i just want to puke)

meal 5
beef dish w/baked potato

meal 6
4 eggs

during the course of the day 2 ON's protien shakes

I train 3x a week, bench, tri's, upright rowing, squats, calves, curls, military press, one-arm bent rowing.

I'm on my 3rd week of the test cyp. @ 300mg. ew. for 10 weeks. I just thought that I should continue it as long as i started it.

My source is old school and thinks that i shouldn't use any PCT this time.
His thinking is that i should see how my body reacts from this first cycle.
What do you guy's think?

I hope that I'm on the right track now and THANKS BRO's for pointing me in the right direction w/ diet because without this board I probably would of thought that more gear was the answer.

Yeah, and I agree with that stuff about your source. Guys like you are poster boys for banning AAS. The last thing you need right now is anabolics. Also, see the seven questions in the "Newbs read this" post atop this board. You should answer those in total.

Your diet looks - to me - rotten. Pork N beans and Pizza and potatoes? If you want to get serious, I would suggest looking at the diet in my signature and use that as a base - and then substitute things that taste better if you can afford it.

Thanks Bro's. Like I said I admit that I jumped the gun on the aas. Do you
think that I should discontinue use? And just focus on diet.
 
im starting out on my first cycle as well and the research i have done on this site suggests that aas should only be considered/incorperated once you have your training and diet under control and you have reached a sort of plateau. aas will be put to much better use once everything else is in order.. diet, lifting routine etc.
 
Let me rephrase my last question. If i discontinue the gear use now after 3 weeks will I still need to do any PCT?

i would say no, as your it was very mild and short... maybe extend it to 5 or 6... and use 20mg nolva for 2-3wks as PCT

i didnt think your diet was THAT bad... if you are not worried about putting on fat... then stick to it... if you seem to be gaining more than you want... visit the diet board for some advice...
