"Goals"? Oh yeah, Goals.
I'm redefining them lately. When I was drunk all I wanted was to "look good". (Whatever that meant at the time). I definately wanted lose the beer belly and replace some of the blubber with lean muscle.
Getting sober goes a long way to looking good. At least I look better than the pale-skinned, red-eyed slob I have been. Oh, and did I mention I lost 25 pounds of fat and water in 45 days but simply NOT drinking? Amazing.
Anyway, my goals: I'd like to keep the weight I have and just swap LM for BF.
I'm around 225 now at 6'-1" so I figure I'm fairly well porportioned. Still have to get rid of this carbo-belly even though I've been eating clean... No white bread, no pasta, etc.... but at 47 I understand my thick middle is going to need a little anabolic help.
I suppose I mostly want to shred up my gut and build up my chest and shoulders.
Kudos to Spine. Deciding to quit drinking was the hardest ONE thing I had to do. But at some point everyone stops patting you on the back and you have to take responsibility for the day-to-day sobriety. I see body building as a way to stay motivated and out of the bottle. I'm guessing this is where you are too?
Questions:
Is there a dictionary on this site that explains all the abbreviations? I host a chat room (
www.poolsidechat.com) but the drug names are confusing the hell out of me.
Also, Do I understand this correctly?
If I do some kind of muscle-enhancing drugs, I have to follow it up with a PCT to keep from growing tits or losing my balls?? (scary thought)
Lastly, is there a CHART of some kind out there that sugests what to use and when? Or what to mix it with and how to follow it up?
Man, I always thought there were maybe just 2 kinds of roid out there...
