Newbies wonder just how much and of what roid they should use.

Dose needed for decent gains depends on serveral things but mostly on how close you are to your natural maximum, or the biggest you could possibly get as a natural.

For the average guy at 5'9 or 10" he can usually get to around 190-195 lean without juice. It may take him 10 years but he will usually get there.

If you are well below your natural limit then I recommend that you do not take steroids but rather that you learn to eat, sleep and train well. With natural test production and youth(under 35 or so) you should be able to reach your natural limit in 6-8 years of solid training. This depends on proper eating, recovery and training of course. Do not train , for the most part, like they recommend in the major muscle magazines. Training as a natural requires fairly low volume and way more recovery time. Training with the basics on a two way split alternating workouts on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays is more than enough time in the gym. Many roid users train like this as well and do very well.

GENERAL RECOMMENDATIONS on dose and hormone choice

Test is best really(although I really like tren) and you can gain very well on test alone. Test is quite non toxic at moderate doses and doesn't affect ones cholesterol profile or liver like the 17aa roids do(ie:d-bol)

No need to stack as a newbie really. No need to use 17aa orals either. If you want to get your cycle off to a quick start(like with d-bol) then just do a small front load of test on day one...if you decide on 500 of test per week then front load 600 on day one and then continue on with twice per week injections of 250 with the first 250 three days after the front load. Front loading is NOT necessary and may scare some newbies(although a moderate front load should not worry you)

It is best to inject test cyp and enthanate twice per week for more even blood levels. This can improve gains and reduce sides to some degree.

If you choose sust then inject at least twice per week, or better yet every three days, due to the short acting prop ester in the blend.

Those that are 20 pounds under natural limit will grow well on 300-500 of testosterone alone per week.
I know there are some that say "I gained very well on 200 of test per week". I will bet my bottom dollar that most of these guys were never really that serious about training, eating and recovery prior to using test and even if they took placebobolon they probably would have gained 15 pounds. There are exceptions but remember this, 200 of test per week is not much above hormone replacement level dose.

Those that are near their natural limit will need at least 500 per week for decent gains.

Those that are at their natural limit will need between 500 and 750 per week in order to see decent gains.

Top compititors that are well above their natural limit often take 2 grams per week and the pro's take up to 4 grams per week...True!

Remember to always have Nolvadex on hand while on test and don't forget the clomid post cycle.
