height: 6'2
weight: 186 pounds
body fat: 14%
long term goals: bf 9% + 10 pounds muscle mass
1. I'll keep it short......going to Ibiza in a months time so looking to get my bf down a couple of notches and get more cut.
Taking into account the time constraints any recommendations on what products/mini cycle I could pursue i.e. clenbutorol?
2. Upon my return thought I'll be seeking your advice and expertise on a prolonged cycle tailormade to my goals.
