Newbie Question

Hey all,
I have been reading and researching the site and I have a few questions.
This is my first post so maybe I haven't researched enough but here goes.
I have been reading a lot about using "gear" and from what I've been seeing, Most people are saying to get lean first. My first question is what do you mean get lean? Get as lean as possible? naturally? My main problem is I am about 50 pounds over weight and I would like to shed the weight as quickly and safely as possible...How should I go about doing this? I don't want to lose a lot of muscle in the process(yes I have some muscle, as a matter of fact the weight mostly resides in my gut, nowhere else)

Before hitting gear, I recommend getting down to at least a 6 pack.

I regret not doing this on my first cycle.. It's important so that when you bulk up with gear, the fat gain is minimal. You will not like results of a cycle if you are a high body fat percentage. You may even think you have made no gains, when really you have gained more muscle and fat.

This is not a proven theory, but I just think gear works better when you are at a lower body fat level.

First thing you should do is start doing cardio if you have not started already.

Next thing, you need to go on a diet.

I know I have to lose weight and diet, I have lost 20 pounds since Christmas...Currently following thelow carb diet or something similiar and pounding down Stacker 2...I don't know if the Stacker is Jacking my metabolism, but it definitely is curbing my appetite... as far as the six pack are you serious, I have never had a six pack. Is there something I could do to increase the fat loss?

Yes I’m dead serious about a 6 pack lol.

I know, it’s not easy for most people but you got to go as far as you can. You will feel really good about yourself if you can do it!

They way to get there is to stick with your diet. It takes time...months

They way you lose more fat is by burning more cals. Try to eat every 2 hours to keep your metabolism up. eat lots of green veggies throughout the day . This will speed your metabolism as it takes more calories for you body to burn veggies than the actual calories the veggie has… Make sure the veggies are GREEN! Some like corn don’t have the same effect.

Throw in one cheat day on weekends with a lot of carbs to keep your leptin levels up so you can continue to burn fat.

most of all, dont give up.

Alot of people don't succed in dieting because they stop too soon. I am a victum off this!
 
do a search on yohimburn and clen,two good fat burning products that may help.also there are a lot of threads on cutting on the anabolic board,both AS and nonAS
