Hello all,
Just became a member of this great, informative website. Looks like there
are many different flavors of people, which makes it interesting and some very beautiful girls on here as well.
Goals are simple to be mass up while cutting the fat. Currently 6'5 245-248 lbs. Main exercise is kettlebells 1.5 pood, getting the 2.0 pood soon. Deadifts, abs, and bodyweight exercises and grippers, close 2 going for 3...
