Newbie needs help

I have a buddy that told me to take the following stack:

Deca-QV-300
Teston-QV-300
Clenbuterol
D-Bol
Winni-V

Can anyone help me on dosages, length of cycle, etc. I would appreciate any help! Thanks!

I'm 30 and unsure of my bodyfat, but I'm pretty lean.
