I am working on losing another 50 pounds to get to my goal of weight loss. I have been doing this since march and lost 60 pounds so far. I am kind of in a slump and was not sure if its my protein or what.
I work out 3-4x a week usually 30-40min of cardio doing a mix of machines. Usually 15min on treadmill jump over and 15min on a Adaptive motion trainer then 5 minutes doing stairs. Other times i switch it up and do other cardio.
Then 30 min doing weight training sometimes 40 min.
My last mix was the following for night. But it seems to not do anything for weight loss for me. I have even taken it during the day. I was doing ok on the dr mercola pro optimal whey but its auntie expensive and i need more then whey.
This is what i ordered from protein factory.
25% Aussie Caseinate,
30% Membrane Micellar Casein,
15% Super Plasma Protein,
30% Monster V Protein,
Additive: Microlactin, Aminogen
Before this i had a 80% Aussie casin and 20% super plasma.
This was my day time mrp
Custom Formula - Meal Replacement:
5% Hydrolyzed 1400,
10% Membrane Micellar Casein,
15% Super Plasma Protein,
10% Monster V Protein,
40% Bio-Fresh Whey Isolate,
10% Oat Muscle,
10% OmegaMuscle,
Additive: Microlactin, Carbogen, Aminogen
But have had trouble losing weight since the newest night time formula. I was thinking maybe it was it nit right for a weight loss shake.
So i am wondering anyone who knows more about protein then i do if this sounds good that i came up with.
Ingredients: Custom Formula - Weight Loss:
30% Membrane Micellar Casein,
45% Lean Whey,
15% Omega Muscle,
10% Instant OatMuscle,
Additive: Peak ATP, Carbogen
Flavor: Strawberry
Sweetener: Stevia
And for night time
45% membrane micellar casein
10% omega muscle
20% super plasma
25% tri-fx whey
I always seem to have a sore Shoulder and hip on the left side. And i read the tri-fx whey is good for anti inflammatory and i know the microlactin has helped since i started taking it.
Any help advice and comments are welcome. Thank you n
