Newbie needs help... First Cycle

The NO Xplode plumps you up nicely but 3 days after you stop taking it all gains are gone. In my opinion that sort of stuff works well but only as long as you can afford to take it = big $$$ over years.

I documented the last 5 months of lifting with monthly pictures and a daily journal (last picture is in my profile). I plan on doing a video documentation of my first cycle, my gains, my diet and my training schedule. Filming my injections and setup then post it to help other noobs like me just starting out. I will post picks of my gear once I get it, plus my dosages in hopes of getting your expert opinion. My three cycles are lines up with post cycles, just waiting for the call to go pick it up. I’m two months out from starting and will keep you guys posted. Thanks for the help, I feel with some positive encouragement and your guys advise I can have a successful few cycles and should have the documentation to prove it.

This was my meal/pill schedule while lifting 6 days a week. I’m still eating clean but not as much since I’m lifting 3 days a week currently. Not trying to bulk up just bring back what I felt I lost while I was injured. (my pussy hurts)

Daily Pill / Powder / Meal Schedule

Morning - Cytogainer / Muscle Milk / Mass Tech / Nitro Tech Hardcore shake. (Mix with fat free milk) Your choice
Oatmeal, Dry toast whole grain 2 slices
DHEA, Sports Multi Vitamin
CE2 - 2 Pills
Nitrix – 2 Pills 45 min before meal
BCA's - 6 Pills
2 – Sugar free Redbulls (Replaces coffee)
1 Scoop of NO Explode (Replaces coffee)


Breakfast - Oatmeal, Fat Free Cottage cheese, yogart, 3 pieces of whole grain toast dry
Moring Snack – Nitro Tech Meal replacement bar/Cheerios
Lunch – Chicken Breast or Spicy Tuna Sushi, 2 slices whole grain bread (2- Nitrix)
Dinner - Chicken Breast (8oz)/Turkey Breast, 1 Baked Potato (No butter, Fat free sour cream) Fresh Veggies, Yams, Cytogainer / Muscle Milk / Mass Tech / Nitro Tech Hardcore shake


Pre Workout (Stay away from milk before workouts, I mix my powders with water before my workouts) Keep fat intake down to nothing 4 hours before workout.

Fresh Fruit, Meal replacement bar. (30 min before workout)
Endothil CR – 1 pill 20 min before workout
17-HD – 1 pill while I’m walking into the gym
Gakic 8 Pills 30 min before workout
CE2 - 2 Pills 30 Min before workout
Nitrix – 2 Pills 45 min before meal
BCA's - 6 Pills
Amino Burst 3000 - 3 Pills
Leukic - 6 Pills right before workout


After Workout
Anator P90 2 Scoops - Right after workout
Cell Tech – 2 Scoops (grape rules)
Cytogainer / Muscle Milk / Mass Tech / Nitro Tech Hardcore shake (Add a banana)- 10-30 Min after workout
6 Hardboiled eggs, 1 Yoke, 1 can tuna in water mixed with a bit of mustard and relish 3 slices of whole grain bread. Choke down a chicken breast, plain…

Sleep…. Repeat.

My workouts are done at night also in my home gym with my workout partner. And no it's not a soloflex, I have a pretty amazing free weight gym with all the goodies at home. I won't tell you how much I spent on that equipment he he.

If you are an Ecto like me, then i would cut the cardio down while trying to gain weight. If I am doing cardio, it seems my gains slow way down, and I am consuming 3500-4000 calories per day! I think as for supps you should stay with a combination protein mix(casien, whey, ect), creatine, and glut. I think you should also up the calories from 3000 to 3500-4000. That should get you growing. Also make sure you get enough rest. I think you should train for at least 2 years before starting AAS. If you must, it seems like 250-500 of Test E or Test C would be best. If you do decide to go with AAS make sure you plan your PCT as well!!
 
Listen, most of us have been there before with wasting tons of money of useless products.... I know I'm guilty! Thank God I learned pretty quickly that companies like Muscle Tech churned out nothing but (expensive) crap. Even after weeding out all that junk, my "supplement shelf" still looks something like that between protein, creatine, NO2, vitamins, amino's.

My advice, as some others have pointed out, improve the diet. Increase the calories. Take only the basics for supplements. Also get bloodwork to see how you're doing on the inside. Get your testosterone levels checked....if you have difficulty maininting weight, you could very well be test-deficient... in that case all the training, food, and supplements can't help you (until you go on HRT that is).

Yeah I have been working out for the last 18 months, minus my injury where I took a few months off. Back on it now, just warming back up to my old routine. I was training for Triathlons and Duathlons the last few years so it was ruff keeping weight on while doing cardio like you said. Running seems to shred me even while eating mass cals I was losing weight (I knew I would). All my tri bro’s where hating on me for wanting to add muscle but I felt it built a great foundation and I was kicking their asses on the course. And they where Tri Sprints & Sprint Duathlons short course so lifting still ruled my world and the cardio has fizzled down to almost nothing. Just pure weights as of now and once I get my bloat back I will incorporate my light cardio. No more tri or duathlons for me… Anyone want to buy a really nice tri bike he he.

What’s your guy’s cardio schedule like while on a cycle, you said none, but do other quit cardio also? And you’re saying I can keep taking my creatine and glut why doing my cycle of test, what about Aminos? 4000+ cals, damn dude I already shit like 3 times a day!!! I have a good rest schedule, I get my eight hours and sit on a PC all day at work resting.

It worked, had I not spent the money I doubt I would have stuck with it. I see what you guys are saying, I’m sure the CEO’s wife at Muscle Tech is enjoying the new tits I bought her!

I really could have been over training at the beginning, but was always careful and felt I had a good routine (was getting results). I used the routine from the Arnold Encyclopedia of body building, starting out beginner and working my way to the advanced 6 days a week. I have read both the first edition (10 years ago) and the second edition and found that to be all I need for laying out my routine. I don’t think I’m such a n00b that I’m clueless about my routine, eating and dieting. I just bought into the marketing of the major supplement companies. Did that help me gain? Maybe not physically but mentality I felt it was helping and kept me motivated to lift and stuff my face every day.

So I don’t need help with lifting or dieting… Just what cycle you recommend for a newbie gear user. And yes I am an ecto.

I think test is the best man. 250-500 mg /wk in the ass is great shit. more is not always better. i think you did great natty. just think of what you can do on the juice and with good PCT. PM needto to get some good PCT. he knows his shit.

I knew I could not have been the only one buying that shit, I’m just not sure people bought as much as I did. I was always worried about shit being discontinued so bought extra (dur duh der). Wish I would have found this place sooner, lesson learned!

I will check out the other post on blood testing, I skimmed it last night and had some killer info. I had planned on going in before my cycle and getting a test done to get a baseline for my levels, but will read more after work. Now do you tell your Dr. what your plan is? My Dr. is kind of an old dickhead, not sure what he will say.

Yeah, eat, eat eat!!! I will say I love to go grocery shopping, feels good putting all that healthy food in your cart while others load up on shit. But honestly it’s really hard for me to pound food nonstop, I’m a slow eater also and have a hard time but I do choke it down. I’m so sick of chicken and I do mix it up quite a bit with other meats, but still.

Although I feel BSN Nitrix and the NO Explode are awesome and want to keep taking both! But with both products, they say not to take glutamine with them. Should I just kill the Nitrix and NO and just hit the glutamine?

I have three cycles of Test & Unitren (I think that’s what it’s called) lined up with PCT also. I will have more info on brand and types after this weekend once I synch with my bro. I will go by all your recommendations, and if I say something totally retarded feel free to set me straight!
