hi peeps looking for some good advice1st time at this ive deceided to go down the roid road as its my first time ive done some research and deceided to go with deca250 and test250 with clenbuterol and for pct tamoxifen but trying to get nolvadex,clomid and arimedex the cycle iam thinking of is week 1-3 1ml deca(mon) 1ml test(thur) week 4-8 1ml deca and 1ml test(mon) same again(thur) while taking the clem at the start of week 4 then week 8-12 1ml deca(mon) 1ml test(thur) havnt started yet trying to get everything in place before i start ive got myself 3 tubs each of cycloneand prograin to help getting plenty of protein into me my daily food intake is porrige,eggs,pasta,chicken,fish,weetabix,tuna,steaks i try and eat as healthy as i can but i try and eat as much of this stuff as i can iam 32 and weigh about 12 stone i find it hard to put weight on so gunna try and eat as much as i can when i can. iam also looking for some advice on the type of workouts i should be doing since iam out of work at the min ive deceided iam gunna try and hammer myself but dont know if i would be doing more damage than good by working out for hours at a time is it best to keep it short like i said iam new to this and have never worked out iam quite strong anyway as i work in the construction industry so not a wimp just looking to build size and muscle all comments would be welcome
