1) If Creatine Mono, make sure it's Creapure. And do not load. Use 5g pre workout and 5g postworkout, but always mixed in a shake or with food-stuff.Yeh I've heard bad things about creatine. I've done the tablets and the powder. Just gave me a bad stomach
2) If it still gives you probs, try Kre-Alkyn Creatine.
