Newbie needing advice.

Again, this is just my opinion, Just run Test E. I see a difference in 2 weeks with test e.
Get some 23 or 25g 1.5" pins for glutes. Get some 25g x 1" pins for quads and delts.
Get yourself some arimidex or aromasin incase you get gyno signs or get bloated real bad and cant control it with diet and cardio.
Dont use it unless you need it. Too many guys just take it to take it. You may not even need it so why take it unless you do. But you NEED to have it. If you do need it start with a very very small dose. If you kill too much estrogen it will fuck you out of gains.

Make sure to hit the diet forum and post your goals and they will get you set up right. Try the training forum too and give your work out a once over and make sure its all it needs to be to achieve what your after.
 
Couple things to help...rule of thumb is 1.5 - 2.5g of protein/lb of lean body mass. For example, if you weigh 200lbs and you are at 10% body fat you have 180lbs of lean mass. 2.0 x 180 = 360g of GOOD protein to build muscle. If you train like I do and make a couple of precautionary trips to the trash can after a set then you will probably want to bump it to 2.5g....everyone responds differently.

Also, you need high complexity carbs, NOT simple sugars. Good examples are rolled oats, Quaker tubes, red potatos and quality semolian pastas. These are the gas in your tank but be careful you don't overload. Depending on bulking or cutting you will need to adjust accordingly; again, everyone is diffferent and your metabolic rate,(how fast or slow your body burns calories), is unique to you alone and can be tweaked based on your results.
