I'm not exactly a new reader but I am a new poster. I'm looking for a little advice and/or guidance as to how to achieve my goals, which is ultimately to put on a lot more mass and look damn good
I know its something that takes time, but hey, I'm looking for any input as to how to improve my training so I can be more successful.
I'm 5' 8" tall, 150 pounds. 21 years old. I split my routine into three days; Monday is my chest day, Wednesday is arms/back, Friday is legs.
I know I need to square my ass away in terms of nutrition, I've been slacking as far as my meals go.
Basically, my question is what things can I do or use to help improve my results? Thanks... glad to be platinum finally.
