Newbie, looking for a little guidance.

I'm not exactly a new reader but I am a new poster. I'm looking for a little advice and/or guidance as to how to achieve my goals, which is ultimately to put on a lot more mass and look damn good :) I know its something that takes time, but hey, I'm looking for any input as to how to improve my training so I can be more successful.

I'm 5' 8" tall, 150 pounds. 21 years old. I split my routine into three days; Monday is my chest day, Wednesday is arms/back, Friday is legs.

I know I need to square my ass away in terms of nutrition, I've been slacking as far as my meals go.

Basically, my question is what things can I do or use to help improve my results? Thanks... glad to be platinum finally. :beer:
 
You are forgetting to work your shoulders and abs for one thing. You can/should be using protien powders (unless you eat meat 5-6 times a day), and creatine. Eat more and the size will come. But you have to vigilant about it everyday, not just once in a while, its an ongoing process everyday of the year...
 
Yeah the nutrition is the part I've been working on fixing. It won't be that tough. My main problem was time for the last few months. Because of school and work I didn't get much time to do anything else, and my schedule was pretty chaotic. Now all that, for the most part, is finished so I'll be able to make things more consistent and focused. :)

I've read stuff about test, dbol and what not here. Any recommendations in terms of a cycle?
