You need more than anything to sit down and figure this out. What you are eating, when you are eating, how much you are eating, are just as if not more important than what you are taking as far as AAS is concerned. i.e. protien intake should be 1.5 to 2 x your body weight. You want to intake creatine, amino acids a quick absorbing protien within 20 minutes of your workout. when you sleep you want to eat something that will slowly release protien like cottage cheese in morning you want most of your carbs and tapering off as your day gets later and later. Diet is not only key in losing weight but diet is also key in gaining lean muscle mass. Hard sometimes to control though depending on what AAS you are taking. I would have ate my neighbors dog if it got too close on D-bol. Just something for you to look into you will be glad you did and you will get more out of your AAS the more you know and follow what you learn.
 
1st cycle and your using tren.......i'll put my 2 cents in here....

1-10/12 test 500 mg's e/w
1-6 d-bol 25 mg's e/d
Nolva on hand for gyno...doubtfull with that dose but the 2 combined 20 mg's e/d will cover it..
PCT...clomid 2 weeks after your last test shot.....8 weeks off and then another cycle....

This is your first cycle...you have to get the maximum gains from the smallest amounts as a newbie...if not later you'll be doing ridiculous amounts for the same gains...Your 22 there's still alot of growth in ya...I didnt do my 1 st cycle till i was 25 and I'm 48 now....

save the deca for later then you can use the old test,deca and d-bol cycle that's tried and true......
 
this isn't his first cycle though^^^^B-man's right, just make sure you get your diet in order and you'll do good. good stuff B
 
okay thanks for all the helps guys! so just to clearify, I can't use clomid during the cycle for anti e? I'll go with the deca for ten weeks and today I'm going to figure out my diet exactly... still need to get my hands on some AIFM though. if I can't get that should get aromasin? you guys are really helpful, thanks again!
 
Wow, so much misinformation on this thread! First of all, what law says you HAVE to run deca for 10 weeks?? I've run deca for 8 weeks, I've done it for 10 weeks... to be honest, once I reached the 8 week mark, I didn't see much of a difference if I ran deca any longer! Everyone is different, I guess...Only recommendation I would have is however long you're running deca, run the test 2 weeks longer to help ease into PCT.

Next, ALWAYS have PCT planned and ready *before* starting your cycle. With a cycle like that, you should already be running an AI... if you can get AIFM, great... if not, get whatever you can get your hands on: Aromasin, Arimidex, etc.

Third, why are you running deca AND tren in the same cycle? Have you done that before? They are both progestins and are going to be competing for the same receptors... seems like a waste, not to mention how hard you're going to shut your body down, making PCT that much more difficult. I personally would bump up the deca to at least 400mg/wk and save the tren for a future cycle (spring cutter maybe?)

For your PCT, get yourself HCG for sure... use whatever AI you wind up getting, and use clomid... I'd stay away from Nolva with a cycle like that.

Don't use Nolva with this cycle. That was a mistake that I should have caught before I posted. Nolva *might* worsen gyno induced by the tren and deca. Use the AIFM for your test and get you some dostinex for the deca and tren. Use HCG and Clomid to restore your natural test production.
