You need more than anything to sit down and figure this out. What you are eating, when you are eating, how much you are eating, are just as if not more important than what you are taking as far as AAS is concerned. i.e. protien intake should be 1.5 to 2 x your body weight. You want to intake creatine, amino acids a quick absorbing protien within 20 minutes of your workout. when you sleep you want to eat something that will slowly release protien like cottage cheese in morning you want most of your carbs and tapering off as your day gets later and later. Diet is not only key in losing weight but diet is also key in gaining lean muscle mass. Hard sometimes to control though depending on what AAS you are taking. I would have ate my neighbors dog if it got too close on D-bol. Just something for you to look into you will be glad you did and you will get more out of your AAS the more you know and follow what you learn.
