What is the best regimen if I want to put on more muscle and cut some fat. Currently I am taking the following supplements:
creatine
protein
glutamine
flaxseed oil
I have been using protein, creatine glutamine for about 2 weeks and I have noticed some good gains along with eating right for 5-6 days. Will flax and 2 days of cardio help shed some more fat?
