newbie here...pls help

Hello...
My 1st post
18 yrs old
1 year of weightlifting
height: 1.83 cm
weight: 92 kg
5 meals a day(2 meals=protein shakes)
I don't want to be big after night...my goal=10-15 lbs
I saw that deca is used as 200-400mg ew...but I don't want to push the limits.. I want to ask you if 75mg of deca ew for 4 weeks would be enough to achieve my goal?
my "pct"=2-3 weeks of tribulus
 
just keep eating bro, your a little to young to start gearing up. 10-15lbs isnt nothing. You can do that with weight gainer and a lot of working out. You need about 3 or 4 more years of working out and maturatiy before even considering it, but your going to do what you want to do. I just dont adivse it. Your test level are high as hell right now. Use them while you can. It shouldnt take you no more than 2 months to gain that weight w/ a strict diet, and work out plan. Add a couple more meals to your diet. Do a lot more research on your gear bro. Deca alone is going to shut your ass down.
 
Bro, it usually takes about 5 to 6 weeks of 300mg of deca before it even kicks in on me, but everyone is different. I think it would be a waste of gear doing that little.
 
at that dosage, you aren't going to be achieving really anything other than pissing yourself off ;)

Like the poster above said... you are a little young to be jumping into this scene. At your age, your testosterone levels are higher than they have ever been. Use this natural window of opportunity to maximize your natural growth by sticking to a strict diet and training hard.

Me personally... I played 4 years of college football and didnt do my first cycle until the end of my sophomore year. At that time I wished I had started earlier because everyone was way bigger than I was. Looking back on it, I am glad I waited until I got a real solid foundation built, finished growing as much as I could naturally and a good work ethic established before I jumped on a cycle. I suggest you do the same bro....but thats just me
 
You need to do some more research too bro. Tribulus for PCT is crap. Wait at least two more years before cycling, you'll stop your natural growth if you don't.

As I said before I know that this is not really a cycle... ".... but everyone is different...." this is also true..I saw ppl with 50mg/week for 5-6 weeks put on them about 10lbs and retained the gains.
I also know that a cycle should be at 200-400mg/week...
ok...one more question and I'm out :) this dose of 75mg/week for 4 weeks could produce major negative effects?
 
Correction...you are not a "little" to young...YOU ARE TO YOUNG...learn how to train, and eat first. Get some years of experience and knowledge then consider other posibilities.
 
You've been training for only one year and you want to take juice? You don't yet have enough under your belt for juice to do more for you than decent training and good food can do for you without messing with your hormones.

You also need to read a lot more about PCT and about nandrolones.

deca would be an especially bad AAS to pixy dust yourself with. 75mg/week would shut down your natural testosterone production because in the presence of another androgen your body will try and achieve homeostasis. Deca alone is hard to recover from post cycle, and tribulus wont do shit.

So effectively you'd feel like shit cause your body stops producing natural test, you wouldnt see gains because your deca dose is too low, you'd do something stupid that would fuel the media and further support stereotypes.
 
You might want to look into growth-hormone though, 1.83cm is pretty short....
 
well people, you need to realize, if he has come this far, he is going to do no matter what we say, and i know LOTS who started at 18, so lets just try and help him even though we might think he should wait....you know he is going to do it anyways.

With that said bro, the way i look at it is this, if you are going to do it do it, don't do a half ass cycle because a litttle of anything for a few weeks is pretty much going to shut you down. So, if you ARE going to do this, make your first cycle count, its the best one and the one where you gain the most so do it right.

I personally think you should start with the following, although im sure some here will call me crazy and disagree because they think you are too young and should do some half ass cycle of bullshit when that will shut you down just as bad. Try starting with this.

500mg test enanthate/week for 8 weeks
300-400mg deca/week for 8 weeks
25mg dball/day first 4 weeks

you'll put on probably 20-25lbs mass maybe even 30 and keep most of that if you do your PCT correctly. hit me up on PM if you have more questions

NO NO NO. Start with food and a decent workout program. Go over to the Weights and Training Forum and learn how to work out on the compound exercises to get strong. In getting strong you'll grow so long as you eat big. With a decent program, at your stage, you can add 30 or 40 pounds to your frame over the next six to eight months.

Stay off the juice. You're too young and you've done too little research
 
ok I accept all advices from you... but I want a impulse... tell me then which stero is the best for me ?(if there is this..)..
Should I try primo depot ? or napo for 2-3 weeks with 15-20mg/day(15 mg taken in the morning and 5 mg before the workout)?

No offense but, you really need to CHOKE that impulse. If you've already made up your mind that you're going to do it, do yourself a HUGE favor and learn a little first. There's TONS of info here, it should take you about two years to get through the important stuff :) and you'll be older and wiser. If you rush in uninformed and unprepared, I guarantee you will waste your money and you will be unhappy with the results.

Here is a good cycle for you
500mgs of DIET
400mgs of TRAINING
300mgs of SUPPLEMENTS
600mgs of FOOD

Don't touch a cycle at all, as you still have a ton of natural test and don't need it.
 
I'd save a lot of money if I could produce anywhere near the amount of testosterone you're probably producing naturally ALL YEAR LONG.

You do have lots to learn so start by learning proper training techniques and diet regimens to gain size.

You're way too young to start altering your natural hormones with chemistry. You'll make mistakes that you may have to pay dearly for in the future.
