CAN SOMEONE LEAD ME TO A THREAD THAT WOULD HAVE INFO ON ALL DIFFRENT TYPES OF GEAR, THERE BENIFITS, SIDE EFFECTS, IVE BEEN SEARCHING AND RESEARCHING BUT I USUALLY GET CAUGHT UP IN SOMETHING I WASNT SEARCHING FOR. IM LOOKING FOR SOMETHING TO INCREASE MY KNOWLEDGE.
