Newbie help please re Deca

Hi All
First time posting and would appreciate any help.
I am 32yo / 1.8m tall (5.9ft) / 79kgs (174pound)

I DO NOT want to attain massive gains, or get big. I am happy with the lean figure. I am an amateur boxer, amateur BJJ and very athletic.
Currently I take .2ml (200mcg) per day of GHRP-6 5 days on and 2 days off

What I do want to do is help heal up some niggling injuries that I've had for awhile. tendon injuries, outer hamstring injuries, shoulder injuries ( i get hurt a lot) and a friend suggested starting Decca. He suggested 200mg / 1ml injected once a week. I have a 10ml bottle of Deca- Durabolin - nandrolone decanoate but I have not started yet as I have a few questions.
1. Will that dose help with injuries, and not massive muscle / weight gains?
2. If I did this for 10 weeks will I run the risk of getting Deca Dick?
3. Is it safe to take just Deca? Or in my case Deca and GHRP-6?

Thanks for any advice you can give. Appreciate that this topic has probably come up many times, though I've not noticed anyone with my particular goals.

It wont heal your injuries permanently. Massive muscle weight gains? People run 3X the amount you run and dont see what I would consider "massive muscle gains." Especially if you're not lifting for muscle mass.

Yes, no, possibly? Deca is suppressive to many, so chances are yes. It wouldn't be permanent if you had proper PCT in line.

3. Is it safe to take just Deca? Or in my case Deca and GHRP-6?

Deca alone kind of sucks. That was my first cycle and I would not recommend it. You can run them both simultaneously and be fine. The deca is going to give you some water weight and the GHRP is going to give you the appetite. This will give you weight gain, but probably not the "muscle weight gains" more like the soft squishy weight gain if you're diet isn't in check.
 
I think there are many better options than deca especially if its only to heal some injuries

What do you suggest? I have this annoying outer hamstring injury on the insertion near my knee.. cannot seem to kick it, that's why I'm considering injecting..
 
i suggest not pounding away at your injuries. that would be the most common sense thing to do.. i know its not what 'your buddy' says for you to do.

been there done that as an endurance runner and my 'buddies' told me to just run through it and it would get better.. it didn't. you need to STOP listening to 'buddies' and start taking care of your own body.

seems to me you need to back off the training and let your 'niggling' injuries as you put it get better
