Newbie D-bol Cycle help

OK im just about to start a D-bol only cycle. this is my first cycle(orally 5mg tablets). after having reading the info i have become confused. im doing over 4 week cycle at 25mg a day (100tabs total) ahving weekends off.

should i be dumping all 5 when i wake up or be spreading the dosage out during the day as in one tab every 3 hours or so.....?

i dont reach the gym until 6pm..so dumping at say 8am when im at work and dbol half life only being 3-6 hours wouldnt this mean the affects would be useless by the time i got to the gym?

Poor cycle choice. first off :o

Secondly take it everyday (not just 5 days a week), and I would space the doses out to atleast 3x a day...

Though this would be THE LAST cycle I would recommend for a first time user :o...I dont like oral only as the gains are depleted faster and orals are generally alot harder on the bodies detoxifying organs :(
 
my current situation doesnt allow me to be able to access injectables. this is why i went for the orals.
3 times a day u think....approx what times...as in accordance to my gym routine?
doesnt having thd drug in ur system going to sleep stop the release of test? how does test actually affect the building process?

ALL that the drug does (that you are really concerned with) is to make you utilize protein more efficiently...:)

So timing it around when you are going to be in the gym wont help you at all...
What would help more would be to time it around the times you are taking in large amounts of protein (which should be at EACH meal...)
 
All at once is what I did, and gained from Dbol never going over 25mg a day. You better have a solid base of muscle, and have your training, diet and PCT spot on. No boozing and milk thistle every day.

Personally I think 4 weeks is too short, and what is with the weekends off?

I wouldn't consider the person the recomended taking two day off a week a knowledgeable resource when it comes to AAS.
 
well you are wanting to take 25mg a day at 5mg, take one tablet at 6am, 9am, noon, 3pm, and 6 pm, spread it out so it last throughout the day, and dont take weekends off
 
that 5 on two off dbol only cycle was created for people that only have access to 100 tabs thus being able to "spread them out", BAD IDEA but if u must take the tabs at meals with protein sounds like u should prolly hang around here a little more and learn a little those two days off will ruin ur blood levels

Agreed...make sure you protect your liver (milk thistle, Tyler's, etc) & your kidneys (cranberry juice, cranberry extract, lots of water).

Agreed 100% me being one i will say 100 isn't even enough for a full run. And i was an advocate of the weekend off thing before i started 3 weeks ago and by the time the weekend came i couldn't imagine loosing the feeling(pump) for two days. With that bieng said i went through 80 tabs in 3 weeks and am now doing 10mg a day in the AM for next two weeks to maintain what i've gained. So in short try to get more if you can run it @25mg a day spread out however and try a maintenance dose for the last week so you don't come off so quick and drop blood levels.
