ok bros,

I am 30 yrs old, weigh 160lbs, 5'8 and been working out 2 years hardcore. I am looking into doing my first cycle and wanted to get some opinions. I am planning on taking 500 mgs of Test-E per week for 10 weeks and kickstarting my program with 30 mgs D-bol per day fro the first 4 weeks. For PCT I would take Week 13 Nolvadex 40mg per day and Clomid 100mg per day
Week 14 Nolvadex 30 mg per day and Clomid 50 mg per day
Week 15 Nolvadex 30 mg per day and Clomid 50 mg per day
and finish with Clen

What do yall think?

I consume roughly 3500-4000 calories per day
Protein is always 1.5-2 g per pound
Was about 120 lbs when I started 2 years ago.
Gains came quick but then slowly flattened

Training split:
Mon: Chest and Tri's
Tues: Back and Bi's
Wed: OFF
Thurs: Legs
Fri: Shoulders and abs

No Cardio at this time. Burn too many calories
 
put a lot of carbs in your diet aswell as lots of calories

hit them protein shakes and lots of food meat,fish,veg

stay away from the juice bro the best steroid you should take at the mo is food and lots of it you should be able to get to at least 180 pounds no problem do some reserch

1)get a good diet going
2)have a good rotine in the gym and train hard
3)get plenty of sleep 8 hours or more every night

then you will gain good mass done give up


and by the way if you ever do a first cycle leave the dbol out
just have the test

Not being an expert in any sense of the term, I would say start out lighter for your first time.

I'm going with the less is more approach for my first cycle (which I just started today -

250 mg testosterone enanthate per week for 6 weeks.
20 mg of Dianabol - methandrostenolone - /day for 6 weeks.

PCT will include HCG - human chorionic gonadotropin - , Post Cycle, Derm Sustain and possibly some Nolvaldex - tamoxifen citrate - .

The theory behind this is that although I probably won't gain 20 lbs, I will be able to keep what I do gain. Also, a short cycle like this won't shut me down too bad and PCT should be a breeze. Next cycle will be a little heavier.

i would say 10 min for enanthate it takes tell week5 to kick in if im not mistaken or is it week 4 ghost? and thats sounds like a good cycle interested to know results keep updated

9 hours of sleep is fine thats a good start
a nurse in a hospital burn's about 200 calories a hour
so you can get a ruff guess how much you need depending how active you are

just say you work a eight hour day and your on your feet all day and busy
you will burn around 200 calories thats 1600 cal in a day at work

then if you go to the gym do heavy weights you could burn upto 800 cal

and all the other stuff you do could lead up to just say 3000 cal
so that mean you will need to take around 4 to 5000 cal you gain some mass
try it for a few months and you will see a
change

I think the vets answered your question,So far all the info ive gotin here has done me wonders.In 2 months if your still the same,We can try somthing else.Not for nothin but i'm 33 "today", and my body has never reacted so well to eating right and training.Go this route first!
 
Thanks for the responses bros. I'll increase the food more somehow...more weight gainer shakes for me. 5000 calories will be a real challenge for me.

No disrespect bro, but you need food, not gear.

Eat like you're trying to grow and you should be able to gain about 20-25 lbs. naturally in the next year or two.

Once you hit 185 natty... test e @ 500mg ew for 10 weeks, pct, done.

In 2-3 years you'll be 5'8, 195 and jacked. And since you've already learned how to eat you maybe be able to stay that size.

The cycle looks good, but you may want to jump into some PCT earlier than you have scheduled. Needto or Ghost can jump in on that advice. At your weight & age you should respond very well to test e. As for your split, that's what it usually is, a split of opinions. You have a traditional split, but I don't like working muscle groups on the same day that influence eachother like you have. Example:
Mon- Chest and Bi's (triceps already blasted from good chest workout)
Tues- Shoulders & Tri's
Wed- Legs (or take your off day)
Thur- Back & Calfs (yes I do calfs on back day)
Fri- Plyometrics & explosion training (good for you at your weight)

For his "newbie" or test only cycle, when should he bring in some aroma inhibitors? He plans on week 14 but that sounded a bit late in the game for me. I figured you'd have some thought on when would be best.
 
You may want to look at something like a low dose of Arimidex, etc while on cycle to prevent sides. You don't know how your body will react, and you're using a pretty decent amount of gear to pop the cherry. The last thing you want to do is grow tits, etc.

As for PCT, you seem to have the general gist of it. Many people swear by Derma Sustain. Also, I've never used it, but a lot of people hate clomid and have trouble with it. 100mg turns some people into an emotional wreck. Can't offer any personal advice on it tho I'm sure others can.
