Newbie cutting cycle!

Hi Guys, new to this forum but with a similar question

I am 97 kgs 24 and need a very beginners (1st cycle) cutting cycle, i need to loose excess weight and keep/gain muscle for athletic performance only, i cant stress how much i need to keep athletic/running performance

Would really really appreciate it if anyone could help.

Also if its ok to use ephedrine with your suggestions

Obviously beeing a Newbie, the less injects and cost the better lol

Need more info:

How much weight are you looking to lose? What sport are you training for? Running? What distance? How long have you been training?
 
Its more for a v02 max test, mixed with pressups and sit ups timed

been training hard for a good few months now, could do with gaining some strength and speed, and loosing a couple of kilos fat

been advised and confirmed that just basic test-e with adex just incase
