Newbie Big Time

Okay here it goes.....I'm fixin to be 30 next month. I'm 6 foot one, about 200 lbs, and if I had to guess my body fat i'd say 17 percent. I started working out when i was 26 and managed to lose about 65 lbs and kept it off. I started lifting for gains when i was 27 and at one point was starting to look pretty good....considering i've never been much of an athlete. I switched professions nearly two years ago and my new job requires me to compete physically with guys ten years my junior for advancement. It's been pretty frustrating lately because my motivation for working out is in the toilet. It takes me forever to gain and no time at all to lose if I take time off. I've just started getting back in the gym here recently after about four months of little to moderate excersize. I'm ready for a kickstart. I've been doing a lot of reading and research the last two weeks and I think I've developed a game plan. However, before I say what I'd like to do, I figured I'd make my first post here and see what suggestions y'all can make as far as what I should start with.

tough call...cuz even wen i take off for an injury...or i go out of the country...i wont hit a cycle before i get a good month or so of ahrd core training with no supplemntns....but Test is one of th best things....if u cant get the job done with test...u cant get it done at all....pair that up with deca tho too....i love dbol but it sounds lik ur first cycle...so i suggest test e and deca

I had to do a tough job this summer and when I started out I was on Test Prop, pushin 400+lbs around all day on Karts and stuff. We'll the prop was great except I had to come off right when I started the job because my cycle was over. Next I used Anavar. Now if you want to get SUPER STRONG like SUPERMAN, and have little water gain and stuff.... you gotta get some of this. Little/no sides, no water retention, maybe a little loss in libido and not a big pct to recover. But heres what you do, since its an oral, it is recommended that you only be on it for 4 weeks. YOu know what fuck it... Im tellin you , you can only be on it for 4 weeks, 6 at the max...if you go longer, I wont have to kick your ass cause your cholesterol and your liver will. This stuff is good for strength and atp. and thats what you need correct? I think you'll find what you need there. Have fun!
 
Keep it simple bro. Test e @ 250/wk. for 10 wks. Eat plenty and train your ass off. You'll do well w/ that. Good luck.
 
Anavar was something I've been looking at. I don't like the possible libido effects given that i'm not exactly an out and out sex fiend. I'm good if i'm getting it two or three times a week. Quality not quantity I always say. Anyway, can you take anavar with test? and if you do, in what quantities while on both. Yes, i am looking for strength along with mass, but what exactly does ATP mean?

atp, its what you get from creatine. Basically its all just a Mumbo Jumbo... but check this out:

Thats what atp is and Var helps you hold the creatine in your body longer so taking cratine with var is a good choice that is recommended. You should do var for sure, and if you want to pair it with test, that can happen to, but I'm not sure how much your looking to gain or how much your looking to take. Anyone have any suggestions on how much to take with Var? Plus Var will not shut you down completly either, I was on 100mgs ed and I still was good but just not ass good. But test will turn you into a superstar in bed overnight.
 
Thanks for your responses everyone both in public forum and private. Here's what i'm thinking, after hearing what everyone said and what i've researched on my own.

400mgs cyp/wk for 10 weeks
last four weeks stacked with winny

If i added Dbol in the mix in the first few weeks, will that kill my kidney if i'm taking winny at the end of the 10 week cycle?


for pct
20 mgs/day of nolvadex

now i do have a question...i think i need something else for pct other than nolva....some people say also take clomid (aren't clomid and nolva the same general thing?)...but i've also read about aromasin, and one other article i read on "isteroids.com" says also take HCG. so i'm unclear as to what one should take for PCT. This is one area i don't want so skimp on so i need some experienced suggestions here. Any and all help is greatly appreciated.
 
no colmid, it makes you break out and makes you moody. Make sure you get HCG and if you take it after cycle, make sure you take 1000iu's every 5 days for 5 shots. their are lots of different ways to take it.

Bump for suggestions on how to take HCG either during or after cycle.
