Newbie Again!!! 325>195>260

OK, I REALLY NEED TO DIET AGAIN. I STARTED OUT 5 YEARS AGO AT 325 POUNDS, GOT DOWN TO 195, MET MY WIFE A YEAR LATER AND NOW AFTER EATING OUT ALL THE TIME I AM AT 260. I STARTED DOING WHAT I DID THE FIRST TIME, WHICH WAS CUT PORTIONS, EAT CHICKEN SO MUCH IT MADE ME SICK, AND DRANK ONLY WATER. i STARTED THIS 2 MONTHS AGO AGAIN AND HAVE LOST ONLY 6 POUNDS AND GETTING FRUSTRATED. I GOT SOME HYDROXYCUT WITH EPHEDRA OFF EBAY, BUT I HAVE TAKEN IT SO MUCH I THINK IT IS NOT GOING TO BE EFFECTIVE ANYMORE. ANY IDEAS?

you need to cycle Ephedra...If you're still taking it and have been for a while, stop...Hydroxycut is not a magic pill, you'll need to incorporate cardio in there too (if you're not)...High water intake is good and so is chicken. Are you adding veggies to the mix? Maybe some early morning cardio is the answer for now
 
Get a better balanced diet. I would do some cardio and lift some weights. Diet should be 5-6 meals a day to speed up the metabolism and keep you with a full feeling (less likely to indulge or gorge). These are smaller meals. Eat a high protein, lower carb/low fat diet...maybe a 50%protein, 40% Carb and 10% fat (good fats as found in nuts, salmon, etc). Eat lots of vegi's such as broccoli and carrots. You can eat a ton of vegi's and not get much cals or carbs, but get the great vitamins/fiber from them. No fruit juices period. Eat whole fruit, but not after 2 pm. Most of your carbs should come in the morning meals. Drink lots of water. Live life and feel good. Good Luck

I QUES I WILL LAY OFF THE EPHEDRA FOPR A COUPLE MONTHS. I HAVE BEEN USING IT FOR ABOUT 6 MONTHS STRAIGHT, RARELY MISSING A DAY. I HAD BEEN USING IT FOR THE ENERGY. I DID NOT TAKE ONE FOR TWO DAYS NOW AND FEEL LIKE COMPLETE SHIT. SHOULD I TRY WHEY PROTEIN FOR THREE MEALS OR WILL IT ADD WEIGHT? I HAVE PRETTY MUCH FORGOTTEN EVERYTHING ABOUT DIETING. I AM LEARNING A LOT FROM THIS BOARD AND I GET ON HERE AND BROWSE BEFORE WORKING OUT AND IT REALLY GETS ME MOTIVATED.

ya make sure you write everything down you eat so you can see where you messed up. well you know you can loose the wight since you already did so go at it.
 
That is some big yo-yo weight loss and gain. Get lean again and find a diet that you can stick with longterm. Give yourself some cheat days and some rewards.
