Newbie Advice

I have been doing a lot of reading and not really responding. I have never done a cycle before and I would like some advice. I've attached a couple of pics of myself. I have only been working out natural for a month. Maybe I should work out longer before thinking about taking a cycle, but I have done this off and on for many years and I hit the same sticking point. I am 6'5, and currently weigh 215. If it appears like I might weigh more its because you can't see my legs which I really need to put some mass on. I have been told that I have good genetics. Anyway, my goal is to put on 30 pounds in a year's time. I don't know if that is possible or not. But can anyone give a newbie some advice? Thanks.

You have only been working out a month...You have good genetics, back needs work but you have a nice start......I would not do anything yet, i would wait another 5 months or so......
 
yep some mass would be great..so for your first cycle try this test eq/deca and d-bol or test and eq/deca....or test eq and deca.....

you can end the test on week 8 and deca on weeks 8,9 or 10 like the way it is in the cycle...
 
oh yeah you only been working out for 1 month so dont take roids right know wait 5-6 months or more.....just eat and take good supps for know

Train your balls off then talk to me. You can add awesome weight just by perfecting your diet and by resting, who knows maybe try liftin weights longer...definetly.
 
I am 32 years old. I played college basketball and was always very athletic. I would go six months out of each year playing sports and six months lifting. My metabolism is still very fast. I have to eat loads of calories and stay away from any form of cardio. I have been taking creatine for the enitire month that I have been working out. I appreciate all the advice. Like I said I have been reading for a while and I know that many of you are experts in this area. So I am really listening to all of this.
 
well you beat me to the punch..seems like people have no problem giving advise of what cycles to use without even asking your age...you could be 15 for all we know but i see now you are 32....my only advise to be careful with the orals and im sure you are aware of side affects...the ones to your body are the easy ones to figure out and to watch out for....its the side affects to your mental health that most dont think about..

I bet you can eat a ton of food and never gain a ounce.
You look really good for 32 and all natural.
If I were you I would not touch steroids.
Eat for mass.
at least 2-3 grams of protein per pound of weight.
get enough calories.
eat 6 squares.
low rep high weight.
creatine.

p.s. therookie- that cartoon makes me chuckle.
 
Thanks for the advice Bodacious. Your right about the metabolism thing somewhat. I used to have ripped abs all the time without doing anything. Now, I have to be a litte careful about what I eat and work abs. They have come a long way in the last month. For the month prior to me starting to work out, I would eat like a Wendy's triple meat combo every day for lunch. I am going to wait a bit on the roids, but I'm pretty serious about putting on mass. I could never go all out and try to reach my potential when I was married. Just got separated/divorced so now I'm going to try to reach some of my goals. I'm working on eating a better diet and refining my workouts to build intensity, but I see a mass cycle in my near future. I'm having a hard time consuming all the protein that I need. I guess I will have to get used to that.
