Newbe saying HI

I have been sneeking around for a while doing lots of reading,now it is time for me to ask a question. I am ready to come off,but am considering bridging.I have read about dbol a.m.bridging and am wondering if this would be better than a low dose testE bridge.
I have done 5or6 cycles in the past 2 years,the most recent was
1-5 40dbol
1-12 825mg andropen275
1-12 500mg deca
6' 204lbs 11-12%bf

that may come later,but for right now I need some help.tonight will be time for another shot if I don't decide what to do
bridge,or 10mg dbol in a.m.?
 
I don't think there is any actual recovery on a low dose Test E bridge. If you don't want to come "completely" off I'd say the dbol in the am is the way to go...you running PCT with it?
 
if I do the dbol I plan on doing pct with it.But if I do the test at a low dose then no pct.what are the negatives of both and how long should a person bridge for befor going back on full cycle?

Hi and welcome! IMO brigding is the same as staying on. You aren't letting your body recover. You just ran a solid 12 week cycle. Run your PCT, Eat well, train 2x as hard, keep you protein high and let your system get back to baseline.

Just my opinion - good luck!!
 
I'm pretty new too man....welcome. You'll find these are some good bro's and know what they are talking about. It's been great for me. If anyone PM's you with a source MAKE SURE you follow the sticky on source checks at the top.

No one should be PM'ing you w/a source - it is a violation of the TOS that is stuck @ the top of the forum. Chances are, if they are contacting you via PM, it's a scammer anyway.
