newbe looking for advice

good day peoples could i get some advice on what to take as a first timer and how to take it. I'm 1.76m tall, weigh 76.4 kg and my fat content is 17%. what i want to do is bulk up seriously but don't what to waste my time trying the wrong things. to many guys here saying it doesn't work or this is what i take and its the only thing that works or i stopped cause my nipples were getting hard etc. etc.and last but not least how does the whole taking of something before your course during and after. Sorry, also what about diet.

My advice would be no matter how old you are to not consider the use of AAS use much for now. No offense but you sound new to the entire thing in general. Get your training dialed in and TRY HARD to get huge naturally and learn your body. Learn how to train smart,consistent, and intense. Get your diet dialed in and keep learning and researching as much as you can. I am in no way trying to tell you what to do but these chemicals are highly anabolic and no joke and I think the last thing you should be worrying about right now is how to take them. You would be suprised what a good diet and intense consistent training can do for ya.

I am not callin ya a newb or anything just going by the info given to me in this post and you sound fairly new to training as well which aint a bad thing. Just dont wanna see somebody getting hurt when they could have prevented it.

i am not going to suggest anything until i know your training methods and eating habits. also age weight and height in american metric please thanks. if you are going to try injectibles first time i always suggest just test to start. then work your way from there........

Lol not laughing at you but do you realize that raw eggs are not the best choice just because rocky balboa did them? They can cause salmonia(spelling) poisoning. I would cook them. If you wanna put something in your shake add oats,natty peanut butter,grits. I prefer oats or grits becuz its always wise to ingest carbs and protein.

I spent 6 months lifting and getting my diet in order before I started. You should really get your diet and workouts in order and attack it hardcore naturally. AAS won't do much for you if the rest is not in order. If you have the rest in order the AAS will magnify it, but unless you are dialed in everywhere else it is really not worth messing around with it.

I suggest you lift HARD but natural for at least 3 months with a dialed in diet before you use anything. And until then try a legal test booster (dermacrine is solid) and creatine/ protein supplements.

For those that don't know:
1kg = 2.205 lbs.
1m = 3.281 ft.

Man, I wish the US would jsut switch to metric like the rest of the world.

What are the countries out there that measure weight in stones? Aussies and NZers?

I wouldn't put it past the bloody Brits to use something as esoteric as stones, but I've heard plenty of UK people use kgs. Maybe it's the crazy Irish people.

*looks up encyclopedia entry*

Current use

Although no longer an official unit of measure, the stone remains widely used within the British Isles as a means of expressing human body weight. People in these countries normally describe themselves as weighing, for example, "11 stone 4" (11 stone and 4 pounds), rather than "72 kilogrammes" in most other countries, or "158 pounds" (the conventional way of expressing the same weight in the United States). Its widespread colloquial use may be compared to the persistence in the British Isles of other Imperial units like the foot, the inch, and the mile, despite these having been entirely or partly supplanted by metric measurements in official use (a similar usage persists in Canada, despite that country, unlike the USA, having converted to the metric system in the 1970s).

The official unit of body weight in medical and other contexts is the kilogramme. In official use, provision is usually made for the public to express body weight in either stone or kilogrammes. For example, on at least one National Health Service website both Imperial and metric units are used [3].

Outside the British Isles, stone may also be used to express body weight in casual contexts in other Commonwealth countries, particularly Australia and New Zealand.

Though not predominantly used in media, the Ultimate Fighting Championship weigh-ins on European based pay-per-view channels use this measurement to show the fighter's pre-fight weight.

A stone is also a measurement of weight in the game Ultima Online.

I lifted for years, I had been lifting for 7 years before I did a cycle. I am talking about 6 months of really intensive, clean diet, planned out, heavy training.

STONES... Cool, I wish we gave our weight in stones in the US. Especially when talking about bench press.

"I just benched 50 stones for my ten rep"

It's so manly... Gives you the mental picture of some dude shoving a pile of rocks off his chest in the weight room, I love it.
