So what exactly is legal?

I'm 38...have never touched juice...but the thought does peak my curiosity. Doubt I ever will since I dont/wont compete, but I'd like to increase my lifts and please the ol' lady at home.


I'm a 270lb Meso, and gain weight rather easily.


Do I tell my doc I want to increase test-levels and he writes a script?

Do I sneak in to Mexico and buy something with gnats in it?

Are all Steroids dangerous and require monitoring your blood, kidney, liver, etc.


Sorry for these silly questions, but I'm total clueless.
 
Do you tell your Doc....No as you won't get a prescription just so you can look huge. Look at the packets that Test comes in for instance. It recommends one 250mg injection every 4 weeks. Thats a prescription level. As a BB you'll need twice that a week. No chance of doc giving that one out.

Sneak into Mexico if you wish. You don't need my permission to do that.

Irresponsible use of Steroids is dangerous. For instance, as a PowerLifter I did 5 weeks of Anadrol which is very toxic. I stopped at that point. BUT, had I done a few more weeks of it, I would have damaged my liver over time. So, I behaved responsibly and was fine. the key is to know what you are doing.

Don't buy any of that "Legal Pro-hormones" nonsence. Lots of weight-gainer, whey, and creatine Mono is what you want until your well read up.

Whats your diet, training, and stats?
 
I'm pretty sure I won't be juicing...just had some basic Q's....curiosities if you will.

I've been stuck at 270lb for about a year now....I usually yo-yo diet depending on my back pain...sometimes taking several days off between gym visits...

Most of my BF is tummy and love handles...I need to diet, but don't want to give up the strength. When things are good (no injuries/back pain), I eat clean but don't count calories...the goal is typically to stay energized enough to lift, but low enough to lose fat...

I don't max much if at all...I did 275x8 on my eighth set of flat-benches this morning...my squat is around 400, I stopped DL'd about 6 months ago...I do push/pull/legs and about 3-5 times a week. I hate cardio, but know it's important and struggle through about 30 minutes before (most) workouts.

I sup with whey and L-Glute...also take other vits.

I'm just real roid-ignorant....you said to "read up" but what reading are you talking about? This forum? Ok...are the guys here forgiving of newbies?

p.s. what is the best, safest way to get Test levels high after age 38???
 
From my experience and talking with doctors, one of the safest steroids is Decanoate (although there are safer). If you stack this with Test you will get good results. A test/Deca or Test/Dbol cycle are my favorite for two main reasons:
1. Great results with little to no sides (slight acne)
2. Easy to obtain and relatively cheap
 
if thats you in your avi, i suggest u loose some weight, lol. but a word to u, once u poke, u dont wanna stop! im sure you'll wife will love the fact that you'll wanna do it 5 times a day. do u know what your currect free/ active test levels are? if u want to bulk a little and increase strength, a nice test/dbol cycle will cure this problem

Your doc may prescribe you HRT (Hormone Replacement Therapy) if you have low free-test levels, but you won't be prescribed a bodybuilder's dosage, as said above.

Mexican gear does not have gnats in it if you buy legit gear from legit companies. And, if it did have gnats in it, I'd hope you wouldn't buy it.

Yes, you should have bloodwork done with any steroids (before and after cycle) to make sure that your body is at homeostasis when you're off. Not many people do this, however. You should also monitor your blood pressure and if you're on a liver-toxic compound, taking some liver detox is also in your best interest.
 
I hear ya bro. I'm easily 2 years away from starting to aquire the ancillaries, let alone gear. I have been reading up since joining this board and "think" I have a clue, then I try to write it all out, and I don't know shit. Someday I will start small, and safe.

Just curious...I'll start reading the newbie posts around here and get a better feel for everything...

BTW, lol that's not me in the avi...although I feel like that after Sizzler Buffet.
 
I'm 32 father of three just started test en hurts like a bitch, but have no regrets. Test en just isn't for me. If you do start and you may because it took me almost 10 years. The test in my system just makes me feel better, and stronger you want turn into a freak. I think if you was to do some primo or omanadren for 10 weeks that would be all you need. their are some people doing primo year round .

is is the stick or the after shot soreness of test e that bothers u?
