newb looking fro some tips

thanks for all the info guys .. im really looking forward to startign up adn seeing where this takes me ill keep everyone posted i plan on taken daily pictures just to chart progress

Any thoughts from anybody on his second question,using Winny or Tren alone on first cycle vs. Enth,?Enth. is the standard first cycle route but what are your guys thoughts on that for him,let the masters speak.

I wouldn't THINK of running a tren cycle without test!

I'd recommend doing this based on my personal experience and how my cycle has gone so far:

Cut Calories for now a little more and get about 40 minutes of cardio in 4x/week for the next x weeks. x = number of weeks it takes for you to fit in a pair of jeans 1 size smaller (not a problem if you are 320 lbs and 6ft tall with over 20% bf). It took me 3 weeks.

Cycle:
Test En 500mg (250mg 2x/wk) for 12 weeks
dbol 30mg wk 1-4
.5mg Arimidex ED

Weeks 1 & 2 keep your calories at your cutting level up to maintenance so you continue to lose fat for those first couple weeks, then ramp up to 200 or 300 calories ABOVE maintenance so you can start to build muscle and stay there up until your last shot. Then slowly ramp down back to a cutting diet by the time you are done with your PCT. This should allow you to lose fat, gain relatively lean mass, and hop back down to losing more fat when you are done which should be even easier since you have more muscle to burn calories with.
 
tell me what u guys think bout this test enth 500 mg 1 through 12 , dobl 30 to 40 mg a day weeks 1 -4or5 , arimidex .5 everday or every other day depending on the strenth and water issues with usign to much ill adjust as needed. Then at the end of the cycle would it be safe to use my pct stuff like the clomid and or nova with clenbuterol ? or do u guys think i shoudl stray fromt eh clen for now ? just post back give mea holler

some people sayclen has anti-catabolic effects, but i would not be comfortable taking a stimulant during pct, personally i don't belive those claims for a second anyway. why not run the clen with a clean diet right now, try do get down to 18% body fat or so, and then cycle.thats's what i would do. but if you do what you want to do you shouldn't have a problem. this would be the best thing for you. you may need to bump the adex up to 1mg/day depending on how the test afects you. with this cycle and a good diet and lots of cardio you should have really good results.
