Hey guys , going to try not to sound to ignorant here but ill give u soem stats. LIfting 9 years on and off serious for last 2 and half years. 6ft 320 pounds never had real bodyfat test but my body comp hsa me in the mid 20's 25 or 26 bodyfat. Bench is 300+ my deads are closing in around 500 and my squats are a lil shady i can prbably get 350 8 times on a good day parelel (shotty knee) . Hers the question ive researched this stuff for almost a year now to see where i stand. Ive got my diet in check for the time being eating good loosing weight at bout .5 - 1 pounds a week. But am pondering if testerone cycle would be the best for me if i wanted to drop a few bodyfat percentages and manage to pack on a lil muscle. Test enth seems to be the test of choice here so i figure i go with 12 weeks of that 2 shots a week at 250mg each . Ive got some reply on other forums about using winny and tren on the first cycle, but think ive chosen to stray away until i see how i react to the test alone. But just wandering if u think it would be a good idea for me to go this route. I reliaze a good diet and stuff helps and my training routine is intact . I run a mile a day regardless. Just looking for some tips and or pointers to get me in the right direction . Im healthy as a horse (acording to my phyiscan and big as one too so he says) but just wandering what u guys would suggest. Here for some support hope not to get to amny people rawled up at me.
