New Years Resolutions About Gear

I kinda hate resolutions. If I need to do something, I'll do it. Anytime. But I understand how the start of a new years is symbolic of fresh starts, new beginnings and a redefining of ones goals.

My juicing days are over but I vow to continue finding every possible method to grow more muscle, fight aging, and help others do the same.

What's everyone's goals for the new year? It can anything from a modest attempt to improve your bench to wanting to be 50 pounds heavier by 2009. Maybe it'll be to try that Primmo stack you've always wanted. Or to drop that stuff that is so hard to recover from. Maybe it's trying more supps and less gear. Maybe it's trying more gear than ever! I don't know. This is your 2008. What's the plan?
 
Get BF below 10%. Get a six pack by summer. And I don't mean Budweiser.

get jackeddd! lol nah but i wanna gain mass...wanna start doing some cycles again ...also using a heathier diet to get to the cals total im looking for everyday..maybe find a wife also if i get lucky loll

to get down to a single digit bf percentage and weigh at least 190. also to stay strictly to a clean diet all year.
 
Eliminate "cheat days" w/ my diet. I seem to get 5 cheat meals a week and I would like to get down to 1 or 2. Also eliminate Mountain Dew...I'm addicted and have one ED at lunch.

I figure that if I can stay between 11-13% BF the way I'm eating now, I can easily get to 8-9% eating cleaner. I don't eat like crap but I would like to dial my diet in 100%. I'm training w/ a friend who is working on getting his pro card and his abs have me very motivated (and jealous).

I honestly want a Runners / Swimmers build just for now and the next year.

I want to feel lighter
 
weigh 210 lbs with 11-12% BF and maintain it throughout the year.

Bench 315 lbs for at least 1 rep by years end.

Squat minimum 365 lbs.
 
My goal is to be 270 lbs by Jan 1st 2009 w/ my bf roughly around 10-12%. My New Years resolution is to be on peptides all year long, if it's not GH,it'll be IGF-1, if not that MGF, or slin. I want to get the bulk of my growth from peptides which will help me actually produce new tissue and use anabolics only 2 cycles/yr. I guess I'm trying to keep from getting shut totally down, but still continue to grow if that makes any sense. Also, my gear is going to lean more towards quality stuff like primobolan, anavar, masteron. No more crazy cycles w/ 5-8 different compounds, just 2-3 things dosed appropriately for good growth and quality gains, also good retention when coming off too.

i want to be benchin 335 at least once and weigh around 195. i also want to not have any problems with people on here since thats the way it kinda was when i first got on here. i jus love learnin from here

i myself may play with some masteron and var while slicing up, nothing wild
 
Get about 230lbs... thatd be nice and good for my heigth (5'7') Then cut near 12%, I never feel the need to cut lower. As long as I dont have a gut Im happy...dont need to show off abs or anything..Im not an ab guy. But Ultimately just keep hitting those weights !!!
 
work on my back and bring it up the a with the rest of my body
have been off gear for 10 months will do one small run jan 31st
thats about all

I'd like to start running again. Last year when I ran I got really cut up, which is great... I like my body more cut then massy (and so do all the girls...)
Running outdoors is great, I hit up the nearby schools track today .. and forgot how much fun it is being outside and running.

Run Run Run... till I recovery from surgery, then It'll be back to heavy weight.

Cant wait to shred =]

For a change none of my goals for 2008 involve training or juice.
I might join the USPF and compete at Venice Beach next summer - but I'll take a couple of months to decide.

get rid of the negatives, like drinking and chewing, and life will be good :)
