New workout/soreness question.

I recently started doing back with bi's and chest with tri's. My I only do 6 sets for bi's and tri's. My bi's will, be sore as long as 2 days after my workout. Is this normal for any one else? Over training you think or just my body adjusting to the new workout still?
 
Well consider when your doing your back your also using your bi's...so they will be getting 2x the workout when working them with your back.

soreness seems very reasonable.
