Used a power aerator to do our yard and our neighbors today. Talk about a workout!! I'm sore as hell. This thing weighed at least 250 pounds. You'd have to pick it up an turn it on it's front roller at the end of each strip. I was doing this for at least 2 1/2 hours. I'm sore in places the weight room has never touched.
Great trap, shoulder, and forearm workout.


So if any of you need to do your yard this fall, skip the back/shoulder workout and do this instead!! :D

B Fold - you should incorporate this into the next Bluegrass Event.

Going to take a very long hot shower now!!

atomic why do you waste time being an asshole?

i mean if i was an asshole i wouldn't waste time letting everyone know i was an asshole. like instead of just not replying...you waste valuable seconds typing an asshole reply.

assuming it took you 5 seconds to type that, 1 second to click "reply", 4 seconds for the page to reload with your freshly pasted asshole comment...that would be a total of 10 seconds.

lets say you posted 12 asshole posts a day...that would be 2 minutes a day you wasted. lets say you do this every day for the next year. that 730 minutes you wasted being an asshole online. do you really want to waste valuable minutes that could be spent deadlifting or even being an asshole in real life

surely you are saying to yourself...in your asshole entirety: "ah yes why is he wasting his time replying to ME, the asshole"

well my friend...i am waiting for my mom to cook me dinner and its just about done.....oh it is

atomic we have all been pretty polite to you while you constantly post insulting and rude shit to people on these boards. Take your know it all ass to bb.com where you'll fit in better. Start being more respectful or just stop posting here...
 
I worked constuction, with a brick mason company last week and I know what you mean.

Sore from head to toe. In places, I've never gotten from weights.

Those block,scaffolds are heavy ass shit

Ya, you're right. It was rude, I admit it & apologize. It is just that all of these crazy things that some guys pawn off as actual lifting to me is crazy. Just my opinion though. And I WILL keep posting my opinions, you can bet on that. I'll try to be less abrasive though.
 
I understand your attitude toward some of the odd lifts that we talk about and endorse on here, I used to feel the same way until I gave them a fair chance. A lot of the strongman stuff may not look hard, but it is much harder than anything done in the gym. All I can say is that before you make an opinion about some of this stuff....just try it.
