Hey guys...I'm a 20 year old male 162 lbs 5'11 tall..Im a swimmer, and "fit" but I REALLY want to bulk up..Ive been lifting weights for about 1.5 years now and Ive seen some mass (I take protein, eat 5 meals, etc..) but not as much as I'd like...I REALLY want to start taking juice to bulk up..Im positive that my base physique is strong enough to start taking roids. But Im confused on what type I have to take it I dont want to be extremely bulky but have nice defined muscles and a good muscle mass..Im a total newbie
in this and Id like someone to guide me
. What type of roids should I take? Is it in form of pills? How many times do I take it? PLease help
