Hey guys...I'm a 20 year old male 162 lbs 5'11 tall..Im a swimmer, and "fit" but I REALLY want to bulk up..Ive been lifting weights for about 1.5 years now and Ive seen some mass (I take protein, eat 5 meals, etc..) but not as much as I'd like...I REALLY want to start taking juice to bulk up..Im positive that my base physique is strong enough to start taking roids. But Im confused on what type I have to take it I dont want to be extremely bulky but have nice defined muscles and a good muscle mass..Im a total newbie  in this and Id like someone to guide me :). What type of roids should I take? Is it in form of pills? How many times do I take it? PLease help

you are not even close to having a base physique.

5 11 and 165 pounds and 20 years old.. ? come on now.. learn to eat.. when you leave the gym you should be going to the supermarket and walking out of there with 2-3 grocery bags of food.. you should have a dinner prepared with CLEAN carbs, cals, and protein.

and stop swimming so much, cardio will kill your mass. why do you think swimmers are so damn scrawny. bodybuilding is a totally different sport. so spend way less time in the pool and way more time in the gym and sitting at your dinner table

Your 20 and have been working out for a year and a half. Your hormones are still at a boiling point you can get to where you wanna be without juicing. Your probably not eating enough to compensate for the calories your burning during swimming. Maybe if you cut down the swimming to once or twice a week and eat eat eat you'll be able to pack on the mass your looking for.

As the rules say no advice will be given if your under 21 dude.

wait for another year or two or three, Eat as much (& as clean) as you can 165 is far too light at your height.

Just curious: How much 'bulk' do you want? 200lbs? 220? I don't want to be a jerk, but many young dudes want to juice to gain 10-20 lbs, when that can be done naturally? Are you looking to get up to 180? Nothing wrong w/ that but you don't need roids for that. Also, define 'strong enough' ?
