Thanks for all of the speedy replies people, I appreciate it!! Seems to be that everyone thinks I can naturally put this type of weight on within a year with the proper diet and exercise routines. I will most certainly check around the websites to find a solid routine to get into. I did not think 30 pounds in a year was possible, which is why I started out slightly discouraged. I will 100% be training hard to reach that goal. When I do make it there I will be 5'10 and roughly 195 with minimal body fat I would think because as of now i already have close to nothing. I know it's nothing huge, but do you think I would be very defined, because I am also looking to be cut up. I know I probably should be taking it one step at a time, but seeing some of the pictures of people on here just makes me even more motivated.
By the way, what exactly is a hormone panel?
