A little Help New to the game...Sort of

Training for about 20 years

No real Diet....But very little junk food
Looking to gain Mass and Strength
Trained for about 15 years. Decided to try a cycle.
1-7 wk 250mg sus
25mg ana
8-9 wk 20mg nol
Made what I thought was huge gains. Gained nearly 20# and was strong as an ox. Had very few side effects. A slight shrinking of the nads, which was definately from the ana. Cut that down and was fine.
Tried another cycle about 2 years ago slightly increasing my previous amounts and was very unsatisfied. Same source but think I got some crap.
Well I'm not getting any younger and hopefully alittle smarter and want to try to do this thing the right way. I like to work out heavy and think I would do well with a regimented diet. ie: calorie and protein per day.
What do you guys think would be the best cycle and diet for me?
