i all you fitness freaks out there....

well i am need of some help because i am researching about training and i see that i have overtrained in the past even though i still grew, but i know i could have better gains if i knew more.

well i am 24, 5'11, 170LBS....I have started training again after 8 months due to college and degree, so i have been going for 3 weeks and doing about a routine of 6-7 excresizes and reps odf 10-12 and sets of 3-4 of muscle groups, for eg. i do 3 excersizes of chest and then 3 of tri's...and back and bis together and shoulders and traps..and legs...and i add abs and 15 min runnin to the routine and i do 2 day on and 1 day off..

well i wanted some help on my training schedule and how i can get back up to the weights i was lifting when i wieighed 175lbs and lean...i need to know whats the fastest way and effective method to get back in the routine of things and rather than being in pain and not increasing wieghts effectivly......i feeling weak sometimes and i know it will take time but whats the best method to get right in the back of things.....thanks brothas....

im just gettin back in training myself and i dont think there is an easy way....if you have had a long layoff it is goin to be a painful bitch for a few weeks. my opinion is u just have to grit ur teeth, suck it up and hit the weights hard and i know its easier said than done

I agree that it's going to take time to get back into it. Make sure that you are eating enough clean food, drinking enough water, and getting enough rest. All these will help in your recovery time.
