And maybe an hour or so of free weights etc then lots of stretching.

Takes more time to do moderately lighter weight/higher sets/exercises

are you sure you arent overdoing it?

2 hours daily must be a hell of a stress reliever too..careful, dont get to skinny....A few years ago I started a tough diet/workout regimen and got down to 180 from 225...I was just abs and bones....didnt get to many good reviews....I now stay at around 215-220 lb .I am 6'1/2''..
 
My daughter keeps telling family when they come over about the "pits" in my stomach.

Since I'm still a bit soft in the very center of my gut, right below my ribcage it
dips in a bit on either side when I tighten my abs.. LOL..

Far from a 6 pack or skin and bones.
But much much better than before and not bad IMO for 45 yrs old.

I go back and forth with the idea that I should cut back some, so far I haven't.
Except for a whole week off last month when my Mom was in the
hospital. My wife was the one that told me I had better get back in there to relieve
the stress. Man it was good to get back in there that day.. And every day since.

As far as your regimen...if it works , keep doing it...we are all different...there is no magic recipe as far as training goes.....you gotta find your own niche..
