Monday throught Friday actually.. Weekends off with yardwork etc,
It's my only true sanctuary. I think I spend too much time there, but
honestly, do very little standing around or socializing.
At least 1 hour of cardio split into 2 sessions, pre and post lifting.
And maybe an hour or so of free weights etc then lots of stretching.
Takes more time to do moderately lighter weight/higher sets/exercises
