New to clembuterol.. Tell me what u think of my plan

Hello ladies! Im new to clembuterol. I just had a baby 8 months ago. I started p90x 5months ago and lost 70 lbs. (i did it with only the help od green tea pills for a lil extra energy)But now im stuck and I still have 40 lbs to lose. Im 5'11" and 190. I want to lose 40 lbs so I can be 10lbs under my goal by JANUARY!! Because I want to get boobies for the new year and not be worried about the downtime I need for recovery. My plan is to start with 30/week1 60/week2 and 90/week3 (ps is it 3 weeks on and 3 weeks of or 3 weeks on and 1 week off?) Is that enough for a girl my size? Im going to the doubles p90x program plus weightlifting cuz I dont want to lose my big butt due to the clem. So.. 40lbs by jan. Any helpful pointers? Additional supplements? Also, I accedently got the capsules.. Can I split those and put them in my shake?
 
What strength are the capsules? The sides from clen can be rough and 30 might be high to start with.

How's your diet?? My results from clen were not great unless my diet was spot on so that's probably the most important factor to consider.

Congrats on the weight loss too! That's a very impressive accomplishment. The last lbs are always the toughest so stay strong!
 
90 is high.... I've ran 10 days of it.. Highest I went was 80~ maybe 100 for two days. The sides are hard to deal with if the dose is too high and you're not used to stims.
(I'm 6"4 and at the time 210~ lbs) and for the first week 40 had me struggling through a day.
But just after pregnancy, not sure especially if you're breast-feeding as above stated.
 
I have gone up to 125 at 5'9" (25/50/75/100/125 and back down) but it isn't a magic pill- I found them to be nothing special- certainly nowhere near as effective as a special diet that is bang on point 99% of the time. Plus there's the old heart issue thing with clen.

I ate at a calorie defecit, trained and had low dose Clen, 6 days 40, 5 days 80, I lost 22lbs.. Burnt muscle like crazy toward the end of the week. Really regret using it without proper food intake.. It can be more than magic hah :/

You lost 22 lbs in 11 days?? What was your daily calorie count?
 
Very low... Like 1500 kinda low was what the lowest i got down to was, I think as ballpark figure. Probably sweated 1/3 of it as water weight from the clen though.

Wow..that's a pretty impressive loss. Were you taking anything else? I've never seen those types of results with just clen before. Nice work.
