new to building & need help

Hello everyone,
this is my first time on this site and posting a thread, I'm new to the building game and would like to know what are the best roids I can use to build and cut?
in the shortest amount of time?

Also what is a good workout program
i.e. days to do,weight to lift, etc. ALSO I know protein helps muscle grow so whats the best protein powder on the market to use ?

If anyone out here can give a newcomer some reliable advise I would greatly appreciate it

use testosterone as your base no less than 500mg/wk(read and research about gyno too). Whey protein is the best. The gains comes primarily from food, you are looking for nitrogen retention (protein) which makes "fix" the muscle fibers to grow. that's why you should eat at least 6 times a day in small amounts. Do your research and learn about the half lifes of each substance and about PCT. (post cycle therapy).
 
First thing you need to do is spend time on the training board. Then you need to spend time on the diet board. Then come back here in a year.

i agree with genarr3 you must know how to train and eat before ever thinking of the sauce.
