hi all, I'm new to the board. Long time watcher first time poster. Wanted to know what cycle you guys feel is the best for strength and hard quality gains? Here are my two choices my friend can get me these combos only. Thanks!
Stats 6'2 205 bench 285 squat 450
week 1-8 deca 250, winstrol 50 eod
week 1-10 deca 400, winstrol week 5-10 eod
overall goals are lots of strength and some size...and a six pack!!!!
