i'm 18 have been lifting few about 3 years last 2 very dedicated with pretty good gains. I ahve fast metabolisim so it's hard to gain weight. i'm 5'8'' 160lbs very littel fat. Well my gains have started to decrease. I am going in with a friend on some dbol. I just wanna try it, experiment. Can you give me some tips on the cycle. how many weeks? how muhc a day? would clomid or anything be neccesary afterwards. thanks
 
you cant just ask for tips when you know nothing about Anabolic Steroids. First off you are too young to consider this. You need to be at least 20. Just look into a good diet and you should be able to gain the weight you desire. If in fact you do want to do a cycle when you reach 20, then start researching now.

...plus your first cycle is gonna be your best. Take advantage of that (when you are finally ready to start) and don't do dbol alone. Research and do something where gains are more keepable and bloat is less.

If you're going to be a hard headed ass and do it anyways, a DBol only cycle will just fuck you up and you'll lose your gains when you come off.

I would recommend:

Week 1-4
30mg dbol/day
500mg test /week ( 1cc Tuesday 1cc Saturday) (single ester like cyp or enan)
400mg Deca/Week

Week 5-10
500mg test /week ( 1cc Tuesday 1cc Saturday) (single ester like cyp or enan)
400mg Deca/Week


Clomid therapy is needed starting week 13. You might want some liquidex to keep water and bloat down.
 
you'll def get some gains from dbol...while your on it...you'll blow up to 180 or so and then shrink right back down to where you started...your friends will notice both the huge increase and decrease...are you afraid to inject or is dbol just the only thing you can get? oh yeah and even though your body weight returns to normal...your receptors wont...take advantage of your first cycle bro!
 
wooo HiFidelity that is way too much gear for a first timer...esspecially a 18 year old kid that weighs 160 pounds. shit i didnt do near that much and i was 21 and weight 40 pounds more for my first cycle and i gained 25 pounds.

stick with 200mg/wk of test enanthate or cyp for 8 weeks and 4 weeks of dbol at 20mg/day. see how that works for you. you can always bump the dosage up next time.
 
Take it from me bro, do your research. Don't believe all the hype at your high school or whatever about dbol. Yeah you'll get big, but how much of it is actually muscle? Not that much. Everyone is gonna know you're on cuz you're gonna turn into exactly what my bro said...a fucking ballon. You're asking if clomid is necessary for Christ's sake. Just by asking that question shows me and everyone else here that you don't know shit about anything. Don't believe what your friends tell you. Ask a vet here or a mod and they'll give you good advice. You're only 5'8" and I seriously think if you changed your diet around some, you'll continue to make greater gains. You're only 18 you're full of fucking test bro, USE IT!!
 
ok well maybe you think i'm stupid or whatever, but i took all your advice and told the guy i was goin in with i didn't want any. I was really looking forward to some gains too. I have been working out hard for a long time. eat hard. stil i'm a relatively "skinny" kid. Tghe only thing i know previusoly is from a kid i'm friends with who is my age 18 and is friggin huge. he cycled dbol alone for a while and must have kept somthing he said his bench is done from 300 to like 225 for 12 but still looks rather big. so now what

list your current diet first, without a proper diet you wont gain shit no matter how much gear you blast

from 300lb down to 225, with proper cycle the loss would have been maybe 10lb or 20lb, you know benching 280 rather then 225, thats the kind of difference we are talking about, same goes for your muscle gains.........if you do it right you will keep the outmost majority of your gains, if you do it wrong you wont keep shit

Good choice bro.
Stay natural till you hit 21-22.
Keep up a good diet and training schedule.
Take alot of protein and try some Creatine and Glutamine.
You should be able to get good gains at the age of 18 without any gear.

HELL YEAH!! AT 18 your body is just starting its own load of test production.Use it! To make gains you will need an assault plan.Train intense and to complete failure each bodypart keeping workouts no longer than 45min to an hour. 5 days per wk is plenty.Next eat,eat,eat, each day try to get 2 grams of protein for each pound of bodyweight,this will either be from dairy,meats or protein shakes. Watch foods hi in fats. These are the basics to help get you started. I had a student in my gym that started like you he was 6'3" probably 130 lbs wet!! in about a years time he shot up to 198.its been 3 yrs now he is 240 and benches in the 500 lb area. and he young and all natural,so yes it can be done with the right game plan. (Fail to plan-----plan to fail) RADAR
 
Dude, you are at the prime age for putting on some great mass naturally. Make some changes in your diet, training and supplementation before you even consider AAS, especially if you haven't done the research. Make the most of your own hormones before you start taking AAS.

Training, diet and supplementation are the foundation for building a great body. You'd be suprised at the goals you can accomplish at your age just by going with the basics: EAT, TRAIN, SLEEP!!!

Not doubting you JC, but how is that too much? 200mg of test a week is just enough to shut you down and I don't think you would get much from just 200mg a week. I think he should wait.
