new to AAS

I am new to AAS but not to training and sports, have done well the natual route for many years. I have been lifting for 11 years and competing in mountain biking and swimming for even longer. I had a break in training due to injury (chest muscles, heavy bruising) my job is demanding, rescue specialist. I am at much higher body fat than I normally am 20% but have been back on track and dropped 10lbs last 4 weeks here are my stats
31 years old
5'11"
225lbs, 20 BF
for 5 reps average....
bench 245lbs
squat 325lbs
shoulder press 80lb dumbbells
SUPPS currently taking CLA, tribulus, multi,

In oder to aid in body fat loss next few months was wondering on taking clenbuteral? I have that on hand now with 6 weeks worth of oral winny. spring time was thinking of doing some test and anavar, seems like it would help me out on my goals of trying to keep reasonably lean with some quality muscle. I have been doing a lot of researh and now wanting other opinions, goals are to lean up with some quility muscle to keep would like to drop to around 210lbs lean . any help or advice is greatly appreciated, thank you

I would hold off on using gear until you get you BF way down naturally.

Let's start with posting your diet and go from there....
 
its good you didnt pots up the prices and the source..well done...you should cut down some of that bodyfat ...down to 15-16 percent..
and after that you seem pretty well educated... you can do a test only cycle or test and an oral...

Stay away from the glen. It's not worth it.

There are those that are going to squak at this but it's pretty close to my first cycle and I loved it.

I would get two vials sustanon and one vial each of tren ace and tren enanthat. Do point seven of an ml ( 0.7 ) of an ml of the sustanon. Do three tenths of an ml of each kind of tren. Do this on monday, wednesday and thursday. This will give you a little over 500 mg per week of test and around 180 mg of tren total per week. Tren is great stuff you can build busle and reduse fat at the same time with it. This amount will give you a ten week cycle. Eight would be fine but you will still have a little gear left so you might as well run it.

My first cycle I used tri tren. It has three esters of tren. When I can't get my hands on tri tren I mix enanthate and ace together. This produces less flucuations in blood levels and reduces the sides efects a lot. Also I used 450 mg of tri tren per week my first time. I think now that that was to much. But I didn't have any sides except one night I had a night sweat. At 180 mg per week this is much less and probably what you need. I also did 750 mg per week of sustanon. Half again as much as I suggest you start with.

You don't really need sustanon any good test wil do. But I like sustanon myself. I have used it and test enanthat and prefur the sustanon.

If you do this wil a good diet and hard work in the gym and your bofy fat will melt off and your muscle mass will encrease a bunch. You'll love it I promise.
 
get down to 15% with your hard work and boring cardio/dieting...

then i'd say it's safe for you to pursue a cycle

and yeah i'd recommend test/var.

test e or sust 350mg/wk 1-10 (175mg sun and thurs)
var 40mg ed 6-12
HCG 250iu/wk throuhghout if you can get it

nolva 20mg/wk x 4wks for pct.

pretty much the perfect all around first cycle right there.

you could diet from 15-10% during that cycle if you worked hard and dieted hard...

then you can take yourself in whatever direction you want.
 
thanks guys for the info, just rechecked my bodyfat, down to 16% will soon be back, can't wait to get the V-taper effect back I hate love handles, I think the winny will collect dust for a bit, not really sold on it, but I am doing some more searching with the platinum membership today thanks guys for info I am sure I will have a few more questions for ya anymore info is greatly appreciated thanks
