no belt or wraps, ass to the floor, pulled off a solid 7 reps with 475lbs.
I've been adding 10lbs to the bar every week, and still getting 8 reps, this week only got 7, but I've never touched 475 for reps before. I have two weeks of this current training left, so I think I'll keep adding weight for the next two weeks, then shoot a new squat video, be nice if it was for 500lbs, but we'll see
On the bright side, my legs have never been this big, so its paying off
