I have a pretty severe strain in my pec. Im pretty sure its not torn though. It hurts in most of my other lifts, I can feel the strain on it pretty bad during deadlift, pullups, ect.

Any ideas on what I can do so I dont lose too much strength while Im waiting for it to heal?
 
If it is truly only a strain, it wont take so long to heal as to rob you of a lot of strength; at least not enough that would take more than a few workouts to get back.
