I have a pretty severe strain in my pec. Im pretty sure its not torn though. It hurts in most of my other lifts, I can feel the strain on it pretty bad during deadlift, pullups, ect.
Any ideas on what I can do so I dont lose too much strength while Im waiting for it to heal?
