new routine

here is my new routine, feel free to rip it, flame it and add any advice. My lower back is still swore, so the deads and squats will be on the lite side for a couple of weeks.

MON 4x10 = 1x10,2x8,3x6,4x4(max)

Incline db 4x10
dips 3xmax
flat bench db 4x10
cable pulldowns 4x10
db flys 4x10

Tues

squats 5x5
leg extentions 3x10
leg curls 3x10
calves 3x30 (naturaly big calves)

Wens

light cardio
abs

Thurs

Deads
cable/db rows 3x10
chins 3xmax
lat pulls 3x10
standing curls 3x10
cable curls 3x10
preacher 3x10

Fri

mil. press 3x10
flys 3x10
rear raise 3x10
shrugs db and smith 4xmax

sat,sun off.
my goals are to gain muscle, I am at about 17% bf, so I'm not to worried about getting ripped at this point. I just finished Cornholio old school (great routine) and am now looking to change it up a bit.
 
I have the hardest time with my chest, I rarely get a good burn, regardless the amount of weight I move or reps I use, I found a happy medium that works well for me.
 
On thurs your hitting back, fri shoulders. There's a lot of overlap between those two areas, so you'll end up hitting part of your shoulders on both days which is a good recipe for overtraining. I've been training back/shoulders together for a few years now and have been really happy with the results
