Hoping to make some videos for you guys soon with HollywoodSwole. Anyway, since I'm dieting, I'm loosing chest and back strength, maintaining arm and shoulder strength, but some of my lower body lifts are going up. Now that I'm down 16 ibs and still loosing, I'll thrilled to make ANY stregnth gains.
I did 435 X 4 on my stiff legged deads (going to try 445 next time, and do my best to hit 5 reps)
6 plates per side on narrow footing hack squats X7
Anyway, I do look forward to making some videos so that my claims do not sound like total BS, plus it would be fun to get to see the funny faces I make lifting on video later.
