Yeah, I went down 12ish lbs before I started the bulk got to about 12%ish bf (hehe I could see a little bit of my abs, was nice for the entire week I stayed there lol).
Theoak, I agree, I stoped doing bench presses, incline presses, and things of that nature. I have freaky tri´s if I show you a new pic with my arm flexed my bi´s look like minime next to my tri´s (hell you can tellin the old pic, I have sorry ass bi´s). Trying to even that out. Bringing out the chest by doing bench crossovers, peck deck, and other 45 degree angle excersizes that hit the chest alot harder and hit the tri´s alot less. As far as the back goes, I´m just doing what I always do, my back is pretty good when I get down to a 32, i was a 34-35 in that pic. I was/am pretty pissed about the size of my chest, I bench 300+lbs but by the size of my chest you sure as fuck can´t tell.. grrrr
cpa, In my lifetime I have done atleast 12 or so cycles but I did most of them back when I was alot younger and quit for a long time (alot younger as in, when this board was free lol). Diet is straight, i was at 14-15% bf in the first pic that I took (when I was small) in the last pic I was at 14% bf but about 45-50 lbs heavier. Wish I took a pic of me about a week ago (before I took this damn dbol and test) I droped 6 kilos (went from 96kilos to 90 kilos) before I went on this cycle. Didn´t get my fat measured but it was not higher then 12% because I could see some abs for a while hehehe. Of course this week my girl got mad because I am fatter again lol.

highlights a few things I knew I needed to do and makes me know I am not crazy for thinking I need to do certain things. In the USA you have alot of real big guys that will shoot straight, here in argentina I am one of the bigest guy in the city I live in and people just go, dude you don´t need more chest you´re huge... Well of course I look huge to someone that weighs 160lbs.... hehe
